Two Best Chef: South James Beard Award nominations (2009 + 2010) haven't tempted Chef Tom Gray to rest on his laurels - if anything, they have inspired him to seek new challenges beyond the comfort zone.  Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails showcases Chef Tom's personal take on contemporary regional American cuisine, influenced from his southern upbringing, extensive travels, and passion for working with artisan producers and local growers.  Along with his wife and business partner, Sarah Marie Johnston, they bring the flavor of Jacksonville to the popular St. Johns Town Center shopping and dining center with their acclaimed restaurant.
